Meet Dr. Louis LeFebvre
After attending Louisiana State University and majoring in microbiology, Dr. Louis LeFebvre achieved early admission to LSU School of Dentistry. Following graduation, he practiced in a group family dental office in Houma, Louisiana.
Dr. LeFebvre and his wife, Janell, are the proud parents of a young, growing, family. They relocated to Ascension Parish from New Orleans in 2007. They love the quality of life and sense of community that are available here, and feel fortunate to have integrated so well into the community.
Main Street Dental Care is growing too. Dr. LeFebvre takes hundreds of hours of continuing education courses so that his growing patient base can benefit from the latest advancements in dentistry. He is also a member of numerous professional dental organizations.
When he’s not in the office, Dr. LeFebvre enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He’s also an avid Saints and LSU Football fan. He looks forward to welcoming you to Main Street Dental Care!
Meet Dr. Mandy Ford
Dr. Ford was born and raised in Franklin, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science as well as a Masters of Natural Sciences from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She is a former high school science teacher, and later earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from LSU School of Dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She strives to exceed state requirements by taking numerous continuing education courses to provide the best care for her patients. Dr. Ford enjoys spending time with her family, tailgating, volunteering, and trying new restaurants. She and her husband, Garrett, are happy to have put down roots in Ascension Parish and raise their son, Tucker. She looks forward to meeting you and treating you as family!
Meet Dr. Caitlin Denton
Dr. Caitlin Denton is originally from the Gonzales area and a graduate of St. Amant High School. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University and went on to complete dental school at LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans. She is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Denton is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients while helping them achieve confident, healthy smiles. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing tennis and beach volleyball, traveling, and spending time with friends. She shares her home with her cat, Peppa, and is excited about her upcoming wedding to her fiancé, Trent in 2025.

Meet Our Team
Meet Janell, Operations Director
Janell works hard to keep things running smoothly in the office. She has a business background and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Janell has primary responsibility for the practice’s bookkeeping, takes on numerous HR responsibilities, and directs all marketing efforts. She enjoys working side by side with each member of the talented Main Street Dental Care team. When she’s not in the office, Janell enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
Meet Sandy, Scheduling and Insurance Coordinator
Sandy joined the Main Street Dental Care team in March 2017. She grew up in Franklin, LA, and graduated from Hanson Memorial High School before receiving her bachelor’s degree in mass communication from LSU. Sandy has over fifteen years of dental front desk experience. She lives in Prairieville with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys doing color by numbers, reading, and snuggling with her cat.
Meet Kathy, Financial Coordinator
Kathy lives in Prairieville with her husband and their 2 sons. A native of New York, she now calls Main Street Dental Care her home since January 2017. Kathy attended dental assisting school upon graduating from high school and worked as a dental assistant for 3 years. She decided to work in the school system while she raised her children, but is happy to be back in the dental field!
Meet Julia, Front Desk
Julia joined the Main Street Dental Care in March 2023 as part of the front desk team. She was born in St. Bernard, Louisiana but currently lives in Paulina. She graduated from Baton Rouge Dental Assistant School in 2017 and began working immediately that same year. She has worked as a dental assistant and at the front desk over the course of her dental career. Julia enjoys being a dog mom as well as going to her camp on the Blind River to fish and hunt.
Meet Haylee, Scheduling and Insurance Coordinator
Haylee joined the Main Street Dental Care team in October 2023. She was born and raised in Paulina, LA. Haylee began her dental journey in 2020 as a dental assistant and later earned her Expanded Duty Dental Assistant. Now, you will find her as part of the front desk team at our practice, as she uses her dental knowledge in a different role! In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Meet Karen, Front Desk
Karen joined the Main Street Dental Care Team in September 2023. She lives in St. Amant with her husband and daughter. Karen graduated with a degree in Dental Administrative Assisting from Spencer’s College in 1988 and has been working in the dental field for over 30 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Meet Tonya, Scheduling and Insurance Coordinator
Tonya joined the Main Street Dental Care Family in October 2024. She has been in the field of dentistry since 1990 and has dedicated decades to providing exceptional patient care. Tonya is EDDA certified and has extensive dental experience, both clinically and at the front desk. Outside of the dental office, Tonya enjoys spending time with family, friends and grandchildren, as well as watching her beloved LSU football team. Additionally, she proudly embraces her role as a Golden Retriever mom.
Meet Alexis, Dental Assistant
Alexis grew up in Belle Rose. She graduated from Assumption High School in 2018 and completed her Dental Assisting School in June 2019. Alexis joined Main Street Dental Care in November 2019. She has one daughter that she welcomed in November of 2020.
Meet Katelynn, Dental Assistant
Katelynn joined our team in May 2022 and is a dedicated and experienced dental assistant. She has a passion for patient care, hands-on work, a friendly approach, and attention to detail. Outside of the office, Katelynn enjoys spending time with family, exploring creative hobbies, and traveling
Meet Jacee, Dental Assistant
Jacee joined the Main Street Dental Care team In July 2022 and continued to work during her senior year around her school schedule. She graduated from St. Amant High School in May 2023 and then began working full time. She plans to return to school to study Radiology. In her spare time, Jacee enjoys shopping as well as spending time with family and friends.
Meet Haley, Dental Assistant
Haley was born and raised in Pierre Part, LA. She is married and mom to her two girls, aka princesses. She joined our dental team in the summer of 2023 as a dental assistant. Her favorite part of her job is taking care of and comforting our patients. When she is not in the office, you can find her enjoying quality time with family and friends and dancing!
Meet Mallory, Dental Assistant
Mallory graduated from Baton Rouge Dental Assisting Academy in 2024. She graduated from Dutchtown High School in 2022. Mallory joined Main Street Dental Care in August of 2024. During her time away from work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as playing with her dog, Maverick.
Meet Abby, Dental Assistant
Abby graduated from St. Amant High School in 2023 and went on to Dental Assisting School at Accelerated Academy, where she completed her certification in 2024. She began working with Main Street Dental Care just after, in November 2024. When she is not in the office, she loves spending time with family and friends.
Meet Alyssa, Dental Assistant
Alyssa graduated from Denham Springs High School and completed the Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy Program in 2024. Alyssa joined Main Street Dental Care in November of 2024. She brings a friendly face and a gentle touch to patient care. In her free time, she enjoys shopping with friends, going to Grande Isle with her boyfriend, and spending time with her baby cousin.
Meet Lexie, Dental Assistant
Lexie joined the Main Street Dental Care team August of 2025. She graduated from St. Amant High School in 2013, and life has been a busy adventure as she is a mom to four amazing kids! When Lexie is not working, you’ll usually find her spending time with friends and family, enjoying the little moments that matter most.
Meet Christy, Dental Assistant
Christy is from Alexandria, LA and moved to the Baton Rouge area in the summer of 2025. She became part of the Main Street Dental Care team in August 2025 with several years of dental assisting experience, as she began dental assisting in 2018. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her 7-year-old son and hanging out with friends.
Meet Lori, Registered Dental Hygienist
Lori graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in May of 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene. She worked as a dental hygienist in the New Orleans area for about two years prior to coming to Main Street Dental Care. Lori, who is also Dr. LeFebvre’s sister, moved to the Gonzales area with her husband in 2007, and she has been a part of Main Street Dental Care since its grand opening. Lori and her husband have two daughters, Layla and Eva.
Meet Lynette, Registered Dental Hygienist
Lynette is originally from Theriot, Louisiana. She received her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the LSU School of Dentistry in 2008. She joined our team in 2007 as an assistant during our grand opening while she was in school pursuing her dental hygiene education. Lynette is responsible for providing preventive dental care, education, and dental cleanings for our patients. Outside of the office, Lynette is a devoted mom to her two daughters, Adelle and Julia, and stays busy with their afterschool activities. She also enjoys time at home with her two cats, Agnes and Oliver.
Meet Maranda, Registered Dental Hygienist
Maranda is a mom to two boys. She has been in the dental field since 2014. She attended LSUHSC in New Orleans and graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene. Maranda is a foodie and during her time away from work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
